We are able to provide outline drawings and / or detailed technical manufacturing drawings as required. Within our quotation this will be included to the level which is required.

The design involves the general shape, form, and materiality of each item to sit within your interior scheme. Once the design is established our technical drawings are then produced which follow the design principals and allow us to work to a manufacturing level of detail. Adjustments to the design may be required in order for items to be fully functional and these adjustments will be highlighted to you before manufacturing starts.

Timeframes will vary depending on the location, complexity and size of the order. As a guide we are able to manufacture and install bespoke furniture within 8-12 weeks, and bespoke joinery / kitchens within 10-14 weeks.

Yes! As part of our service we will provide material samples for you to review and approve. Should you require scaled mockups then these can be added to our quotation as an additional item.

Within our joinery and bespoke furniture items we provide space / allowances for electrical cables, lighting, switches, sockets, data cables, plumbing services and pipework. A separately appointed electrician or plumber will then be required to complete any electrical or plumbing works within our items.

As a general rule the decorative ironmongery / handles will need to be provided by you. We can however source decorative items if required which can be added to our quotation. Door hinges and other metal supports within the joinery items are included.

We allow for up to 2 rounds of revisions during the technical drawing stage and sign off period. Once we have then approved the design with you we will then move onto the manufacturing stage. Adjustments may be made once we have started the manufacturing but this will incur additional costs.

Yes! Before we start any of the manufacturing works we will always ask for your confirmation via technical drawings, sketches or other means to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the items before we move into the manufacture stages.

Once we have reviewed the items required, we will then provide an itemised quotation which will include a set number of pre-construction technical meetings before we get started with the manufacturing work. Meetings will be held at our showroom address in London.

Our furniture and joinery is made within various workshops from across the UK and Europe. As such workshop visit are not possible - however we do provide progress photos during the manufacturing stages and also material samples to assist with the approval process. 

Yes! For bespoke furniture items we deliver and can provide assembly on request. For joinery & kitchens we provide full onsite installation of the works.
